Organising your wedding at The Walls is something that you need not be unduly worried about. It normally takes two or three meetings to fine tune everything. You will be issued with written confirmation of all details of your booking and confirmation of any alterations. We take care of the rest...
The Food
This can be the most disappointing aspect of being a wedding guest: not so at The Walls. We take this side of your day seriously. We can provide you and your guests with a choice in each of the courses and uniquely do not require a pre-order. Dietary requirements and food for awkward children are also easily dealt with.
Entertainment
We can help with arrangements for discos, bands or even ceileighs, although we would always suggest that you satisfy yourselves as to the suitability of any entertainers you are considering. We can also hire our resident pianist for your wedding reception.
Flowers
We can offer recommendations and are able to work closely with your florist to meet requirements regarding our building and how to best decorate it.
Menus
Please take time to study our menus and remember that they are a guide only and can be altered to suit you.
Numbers
We are happy to accept changes in guest numbers up to 48 hours prior to the event and will only charge for the number catered for at that final cut off point. We reserve the right to make alterations to the space allocated to your party should your numbers reduce significantly and we will need to levy room hire charges for the space you no longer need to occupy.
Exclusivity
We are able to offer exclusivity of both the entire building and other limited areas. Charges are complicated and depend on your other requirements for the day and are best discussed at a meeting. Space is our most perishable commodity and whilst the overall tone of this introduction is a little dictatorial and burdened with conditions we are no more draconian than any other wedding venue and in most ways a lot less so.
